IPM REPRESENTATIVE HON. GIL P. BLANCO

Born November 3, 1973, he is the Indigenous People Mandatory Representative to the Sangguniang Bayan of Compostela, Davao de Oro which empowers the Indigenous People to participate in the local government policy-making body particularly in matters affecting their rights, lives, and destinies.

For the 21st Sanggunian, he is the Chairperson of the Committee on Environment and Cultural Minorities and a Member of the Committee on Good Government and Labor & Employment.
